Life is not a bed of roses. There are lots of high and low lands in the world. Sometimes we are on the high land and at other times on the low land.
The low land may often be flooded and become the settlement of life’s debris. The heaviness of the flood and putrid smell of the debris in the low land may push or drive us out of existence if we succumb to the water pressure and the stenches of the environment.
Are you tossed around by your challenges? If yes, you may not reach your goals. Moses enjoined the Israelites to stand their ground and not be moved by the sea of reeds in front of them and the reality of the Egyptian enraged army behind them. ‘Stand your ground’ was the summary of his message to them.
