Saturday of the 2nd Week of Lent ,March 29 2022

DAILY CHALLENGE: Try to fast if you have not been, then build a stronger faith through prayer.
DAILY THEME: Take that big faith decision.
THINK ABOUT THIS: If you want a change in your life, you must take that big faith decision which changes everything. You must make that leap of faith. Consider the number of sick people among the crowd following Jesus, but only the woman with hemorrhage got heal because she was able to minister herself, “If only I can touch the fringe of his robe, I will get healed”. The big faith decision changed her twelve years of agony with sickness.
When the doctors have failed in her case Jesus gave a new hope. Go back to Jesus and approach him with that renewed faith, do not be afraid to touch him for he will surely tell you, “Your faith has made you well. Go in peace.”
Bible Reading – Luke 8:43-48
And a woman was there who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years, but no one could heal her. She came up behind him and touched the edge of his cloak, and immediately her bleeding stopped.
“Who touched me?” Jesus asked.
When they all denied it, Peter said, “Master, the people are crowding and pressing against you.”
But Jesus said, “Someone touched me; I know that power has gone out from me.”
Then the woman, seeing that she could not go unnoticed, came trembling and fell at his feet. In the presence of all the people, she told why she had touched him and how she had been instantly healed. Then he said to her,“Daughter, your faith has healed you.Go in peace.”
PRAY WITH ME
Lord, you alone can change my life. You are my last hope. I trust in and I depend only on you. I offer you my sickness, and ask you to lay your healing hands upon my life. I offer you my life challenges and ask you to answer my prayers. Make me whole again. Restore my joy and faith in you. Be my God and king and let me forever follow you. Let your Holy Spirit also accompany me to make this journey faithfully to the end, so that it may bear fruit in my life. Amen.
