Bless me with the grace of fortitude

Dear Jesus,

Bless me with the grace of fortitude

To bear injuries patiently and lovingly

That I may not give up on people easily

That I may understand that people are different and have various flaws.

Help me that in time of trials I may not give up on you

Bless me with the grace to lovingly accept the things I cannot change and learn to grow in spite of these things

May I be filled with the grace to bear the incessant nagging of my supervisors.

Not because I have to, but because every human, despite being filled with flaws, is a representation of You my God.

And You deserve all the love that I can give; because You are my God and You loved me first even when I did not know You.
