Reflection for Friday January 21 2022
Mk 3: 13-19.
When Jesus went up to the hill before calling the Apostles he teaches me about the need to pray before taking important decisions. He did not choose one, but twelve in order for me to see the need to have collaborators and team members. I too have been called by Jesus and given a specific mission in life. What is my specific area of duty in the work of evangelization? Do my words bring relief and healing? Do I tell about God’s ways and his goodness?
LET US PRAY
Lord Jesus, you have chosen and called me also to be with you and to do some special task for your people in my environment as well as in my Church. Help me to be faithful to my calling. Help me in every little way I can to also contribute to the growth of the kingdom here on earth. Amen.
