Reflection for Monday April 4 2022
Jn 8: 12-20.
I love the confidence exuded by Jesus. His assertiveness also fascinates me. He knows he is the light, the truth and the way. Crisis of identity cannot be found in his life. I have also been created in the image and likeness of God. I should therefore be convinced of the greatness and divinity of Jesus. There are many things in creation that can easily testify to this. Do I actually know my true source, the purpose of my creation, and my final destination after this life’s journey? Will I choose to be a point of light even in difficult situations?
LET US PRAY
Dear Jesus, thank you for making me a light bearer. Let the truth of your word shine in me so that those who live in sin and darkness may have a change of heart. Forgive me for those times I have not behaved rightly. Amen.
