Homily for Tuesday of the 7th Week in Ordinary

The Chair of St. Peter.

Mt 16: 13-19.

Jesus is my Master on whom I depend for strength and courage to go through life’s hurdles. He has given me the key to life’s puzzles. He has made me an answer and solution to problems. I am his precious child and a member of his Church. Though I am weak the Lord has chosen me and given me personal power to be disciplined, firm and focus. Jesus is my Lord and God. I declare Him as my All in All. Who I am that Jesus gives me a sense of loving assurance? How do I use the spiritual power and authority Jesus has given me?

LET US PRAY
Jesus, Son of the living God, I praise and adore your sovereignty. Give your strength to Church Leaders. Bless my contribution to the growth of the Church. Let me work and fulfil the purpose for which you called me and created me. Give me the zeal to support the faith of other Christians. Amen.
