I CONFESS…

Pride is a thorn on the flesh of any relationship. It ruins relationship to a zero point if not checked. Pride turned a light bearer into an angel of darkness. We human beings are in a vertical and horizontal relationship. While our relationship with God is vertical; our relationship with fellow mortals is horizontal.

Relationship sometimes grow cold or become sour. In the vertical and horizontal relationship, it is the human person who removes the fire of love and gives room for the coldness of hate. To err is human and to forgive is divine. Nevertheless, seeking sincere forgiveness from God and our fellow human beings is expedient for salvation.

Like the prodigal son, we should acknowledge our sins against heaven and earth. If we say we have no sin, we lie! All we like sheep have gone astray, each one of us going our seperate ways. We must confess today to the almighty God and to our brothers and sisters…
